I have 2 Cannondale Super X's for sale, they have been raced for one season.
If you have ridden a Super X then you'll know how well they ride, with the SI technology that improves stiffness and just about every other aspect of this bike, also a nice feature of the bike is its SAVE technology, this works wonders when your faced with a bumpy course( The difference between this bikes carbon frame and say a normal Aluminum frame is huge, when out of the saddle pedaling is needed on bumpy terrain the back wheel does an amazing job at staying on the ground ).

This bike has raced a half of a season and still is in fighting shape, it's equipped with a full 2009 Ultregra gruppo that works perfectly for cross. This bike has full FSA carbon seat post, cranks, and bars.
I can easily get you a picture if you would like.

I would like $950 for it

Funny that you mention this.

While waiting at the start of my race, I turned around and put my fingers up toward my buddy with 'the horns' (you know, the rock n' roll, speed metal horns) as we were getting pumped to start. An official came breezing past shortly after this and asked me if that was my index finger.

What?

Basically, she saw this from the side and it looked like I was flipping my buddy off. I let her know that no, I was definitely getting amped and shared my stoke by throwing up the horns briefly.

She chuckled and walked along, checking the rest of the racers for numbers, etc... But I could only wonder. What if I did flip him off jokingly and was spotted?

ouch.

Chad, thanks to you and Kristi for all of your work putting this race on and designing the course. I hope it's obvious my post wasn't directed at the race itself or the promoters.

I agree it would be helpful to hear both sides of the story, and I don't know who the racer was or who wrote them up. I know most of the USA Cycling officials and have always appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness to racers. However, I have been racing several decades and have never seen a fine used for policing behavior. It seems like a concern that few seem to share because we do a good job policing ourselves.
